Frustration
The app is OK/fair but the fact that it doesn’t have Face ID is really stupid. You need to get with the times and fix that for that alone is why it only gets one star. And the fact that you have to be on company Wi-Fi is the worst thing you could have ever done. You can’t even check your time card or pay statements or anything when you are at home for that also this is the worst app.

Annoying to login everyday
App is good and does/shows what you need however, it’s annoying that every single day I have to type in my username which is very long because it will not save it. Also doesn’t have Face ID so I can’t bypass typing it in every day just to punch in. Needs to be fixed asap

This is way worse than paylocity! Doesnt keep you signed in so you have to use a long ID and password every freaking time. And you can’t edit your time cards. Take this app down so we don’t ever have to use it again it’s terrible.
Make login easier!!
Signing in on this app is such a pain. How is there still no Face ID, pin option, or even an auto fill option? Developers, get on this one.

This is absolutely the worst time card app I have ever used. My employer just changed from Paycom and this sucks compared to them.

The fact that I have to write the full names of the company every time I need to clock in and out is the most annoying thing there is! How hard can it be to make it so it remember the username?

Bad reviews for a reason
They really should take the reviews they get into consideration. It’s a tedious, glitchy app that is inaccessible during updates. All of which means rarely clocking in/out efficiently. For the love of god, either make Face ID available, a PIN number to log in quick, or just keep it logged in. Combo of all 3 would be preferred.

Below average timekeeping app
The app does not save your username, allow fingerprint login, or Face ID. You have to manually type your login each time you clock in/out. The app is constantly down for maintenance. The UI is pretty simple and straightforward but despite regular maintenance times, no quality of life updates seem to happen.

No Face ID
The app requires you put in your username and password EVERYTIME you open it. To clock in and out for the day and for lunch is 4 separate logins a day. There needs to be some faster way to log in.
Application not production ready
An application that lacks proper Face ID integration and frequently fails to enter punches which requires relaunch and reauthentication due to freezing, should ever have made it out of testing.
Costing me money.
Horrible app, doesn’t work some mornings, does not allow me to sign in or clock in… on iphone, macbook, ipad, browser… nothing. Awful

Go to clock in on time just to have the app set there and act like it’s processing. Takes about one minute before it times out and never logs me in. So it constantly has me clocking in late. So the app is pretty much useless
Worst time app I’ve used.
It’s suppose to ping you by location, however yesterday when I clocked in at my job, it pinged me at a location miles away, so I got in trouble. Problem was I was here and was able to use security cameras to show I was here when clocking and this app screwed up, so no I don’t recommend this company or at as it puts your job at risk because it doesn’t work right.
