HR Cloud Mobile App v6.2 – Release Notes (Q2 2026) This release introduces enhancements to PTO management, onboarding experience, and overall usability, aligning the mobile experience more closely with Prism ESS functionality. New & Enhanced Features 1. Multi-Day PTO Requests • Employees can now submit PTO requests for multiple days in a single request. • New intuitive date-range picker replaces the single-date selection. • Built-in validation ensures the start date is not after the end date. 2. Configurable PTO Limits • PTO requests now respect client-specific configuration rules from Prism. • Removes the fixed 8-hour limit; limits are now dynamically enforced. • Includes both client-side and server-side validation. • Clear error messaging when requests exceed configured limits. 3. Multi-Step PTO Approval Workflow • PTO approvals now follow Prism-configured multi-level approval workflows. • Supports full approval chains across multiple approvers. • Notifications are sent at each approval stage. • Covers all roles: Employee, Manager(s), and HR Admin. • Includes proper handling of rejection scenarios at each level. 4. Onboarding Experience Pop-Up • Displays an informational pop-up for new users during onboarding, preventing access to the app until the onboarding process is complete. 5. Expanded Paystub Access • Users can now view the last 10 paystubs directly within the app (previously limited to 4). • Improved loading states for smoother user experience. 6. Emergency Contact Phone Field • Added phone number field to the emergency contact form. • Includes input masking in (XXX) XXX-XXXX format. • Validates correct phone number formatting. 7. Password Reset Experience Update • Updated “Reset Password” messaging on the login screen.
