Doesn’t function
The app is almost always down. Won’t let you verify a bank account, won’t send you a verification code. When you call, no one can help you with any question.
App isn’t loaded
The app isn’t loading for me. Website is no better. It’s not like I need this or anything..
App is broken?
What happened? After 2.5 years, I can’t get logged in. Frustrated. Must call H.Q.
Can’t register
Downloaded the app and I am not able to register. It lets me verify my email but once I make a password it says there was a problem and to try again. It still won’t let register.
Doesn’t provide easy access to important information
The main reason I downloaded this app was so I would have easy access to information on what the Difference card will pay and what I am required to pay when I am at a providers office. This information is not easily accessible. Instead of it being on the home page I’m still required to download a document or go to the website and open a document that is barely legible. No reason to have an app if it doesn’t give me what I need.
