App is broken?
What happened? After 2.5 years, I can’t get logged in. Frustrated. Must call H.Q.
Can’t register
Downloaded the app and I am not able to register. It lets me verify my email but once I make a password it says there was a problem and to try again. It still won’t let register.
Doesn’t provide easy access to important information
The main reason I downloaded this app was so I would have easy access to information on what the Difference card will pay and what I am required to pay when I am at a providers office. This information is not easily accessible. Instead of it being on the home page I’m still required to download a document or go to the website and open a document that is barely legible. No reason to have an app if it doesn’t give me what I need.

Webpage/App Does Not Function
Good UI. Bad UX. Successful login but blank screens.
Fix your update
Every since your latest update there is a permanent 1 notification that will not come off the app. Everything has been opened and checked.

can’t even log in lol account can’t be found but i was able to log in on the internet browser
10.16.24 Update Makes App Useless
Prior to submitting an expense, I clicked OK when prompted to update the app. When I click on Expense, I see a text string about adding an expense and nothing else. Both options under Claims result in blank pages.
Not great
Hard to load information. Very vague in what you all need. The app is slow..
V.disapoint
Expected all information provide by hand.Doctor ,provaider,number of provaider . You can not put epo as a scan not frendly to used .expect from client that provide all information like medical account expert . cart not accepted by same marchandes.When you put wrong sume f.e.45 not 40 card denied .You as client have to know everything.

Overly technical and I believe purposefully confusing.
App not working
The app, login, forgot password, none of it is working. Not sure how the mark can be missed on such a basic level of customer care
Not User Friendly
I have had Diff Card for many years now and never have their services been user friendly except the one year or so the submissions for payment involved uploading a pic or scan of a bill. That seemed to be any easy process. All other formats gives the appearance of being simple only to lead to some point where the user appears stuck with no submission confirmation.

Terrible directions
I received an email telling me to go to my benefits tab. I can’t find that anywhere. This is an extremely terrible website.
Finally got it working
Had to uninstall the app the reinstall to get it to let me login. Now I just need them to find the deposit they lost.
Cannot login
I can login to the website with no problem, but the app just leaves the login button grey and unresponsive. Any sort of error would be appreciated, but it does nothing.
Login Page
Why does the login\sign-up page always pop up when you open the app? The app should be smart enough to know that you have an account once you’ve enabled face ID to login, and just take you to your homepage.
Not great
The features in this app are not at all organized and it is difficult to navigate and does not include all features from the full website including adding my bank account, so now I have to wait for reimbursement checks! Who wants to deal with checks these days?!
Efficient Access!
This App allows me to have access to my account right at my finger tip. Love this App!
Hard to submit a claim
It used the be some easy to submit a claim. Now I think I have to download forms. I’m very confused.
Can’t upload PDFs
I’ve had to call customer service twice now to finally learn that you can’t upload the pdf of your EOB, which is needed to support your claim or your claim will be denied. Now I have to go to the desktop website and go through the whole process again. Defies explanation why a mandatory requirement of processing a claim wasn’t built into the app.
