I really like this system, I have private conversations with my manager, it’s a great way to say something I might not do in person, my manager responds and gives feedback on my ideas, it holds me accountable for things I say I will do with monthly check ins, it’s keeps track of my effort to do my monthly thoughts, you can leave a thought or idea at any time, it’s a great system and I think it’s helps me and makes me a better employee for my manager.

Text input broken
Almost all of this app requires text input use and the text input feature is buggy and broken
Not user friendly
Having had both an Android and an IPhone was not easy to use on either device. I thought it would be better on the the iPhone but had to completely restart my phone otherwise it would only load to a generic ad page

Every-time I get an email or notification from 15five and click on it, the app opens and then closes. Pretty frustrating and has been an issue for a while. Please fix dev team :)
Not worth the trouble
Too difficult to create initial account. Must be easier apps to access out there. Too bad as it looked promising, but in today’s busy world one does not have time to troubleshoot initial log in problems.
