The pick plus is an absolute joke
I honestly hope this review can cost this company money. If you are employer thinking please do not and save yourself a ton of absolute incompetence if you want your job to take five times longer than it used to this is the greatest company on the planet.

The voice features on Newer iPhone models don't work. Our tech guy at our warehouse talked to 6 different encompass people and their answers are all the same. "IDK"
New ‘update’ makes picking atrocious
The ‘Pick+’ that has replaced the traditional pick application has made the warehouse team want to tear their hair out. The QA team who approved this and didn’t leave the old method has lost touch with the consumers; Text to speech is stuck on slowest, overly complicated with no new benefits, speech overrides all other audio output, and more that we are discovering as we work through this ‘new’ update. The team who pushed this update obviously don’t work with the application regularly.
