App is glitching since last upgrade

Each time I open the app, it flashes! This latest upgrade ruined it!

Garbage

This app only makes employees look worse than they are. The way they calculate ratings is a joke. Any 4 star company on this app, would be calculated as a 2 star.

One of the worst apps.

This app used at my company has been one of the most disappointing experiences I've come across. It is used to determine whether we receive a raise or promotion, but it desperately needs a two-sided operating system. One side should be dedicated to customers, allowing them to rate their experience with the company. The other side should be for workers, enabling them to receive fair ratings for the services they provide in someone's home. It is not fair that an employee can receive a low rating simply because a customer disagrees with company policies. This issue needs to be addressed promptly, as it undermines the fairness that should be the foundation of this app.

Aptive

Absolutely horrible app. Unless you’re looking to work your employees to the bone and demoralize them by telling them it’s their fault when they get and 8 and their score goes down. The whole business model is based off of their proprietary algorithm that doesn’t make any sense when applied to this field. It’s been well over a year and I still get bad reviews for “scheduling/call center” when I have nothing to do with that. Maybe put some effort into your app so your clients can actually get data that is accurate and makes sense.
