Missing a crucial feature
App works fine for me, but please add a very important and time saving feature! When I receive a text message code for 2 factor on login, please add the Autofill code feature to app when I receive the text. It is tedious to have to swap to my messages every time I want to clock in. Please add this!!

So many better apps
Literally the worst payroll/scheduling/all around work app I’ve ever used. Half of the things you can even access without a computer. A child could’ve built a better app than this.
Crashes with 26.2
This app has always been “meh, ok” for seeing limited data. Can’t do much with it - have to go to a browser most of the time. But since upgrading to iOS 26.2 it won’t open after inputting my credentials.

This app makes it so easy to access my employee data, pay stubs, PTO, and benefits all in one place. Everything is quick, convenient, and stress-free. I’m thrilled with how simple it is to use!

I’ve been unable to sign in at all because the app is unable to send me a verification code to my email.

App update works great on iOS 18, still only 4 stars, we need an option to hide paycheck amount by default.

Please update this or overhaul. From day one it’s terribly trying to open and login, clock-in and clock-out should be an easier page, one click, not a small button you have to zoom into to press. Now with iOS 18 it’s totally broken, can’t even log into the website via safari.

Terrible
Would absolutely give 0 stars if possible. From an employee’s standpoint, this app is completely unusable. Nothing works, I can’t even manage my hours. This is absolutely unacceptable, I don’t know who would recommend this system for their company, this shows that company has little to no care for their employees. We effectively have “no” HR DEPARTMENT, because this app DOES NOT WORK EVER. What even is this? Who is finding this app to be a success? Amazed at how bad this app is. DO BETTER!!!!!

Awful app
This may be one of the worst apps I’ve used in the last few years. Constant pop ups and alerting the same message multiple times. The UI looks like a child designed it. Some left menu pages load 404 web pages, Time and Labor. I can’t wait to move to another provider at work. It’s ironic all the reviews in February talk about it being a great app and great updates giving it 5 stars and all within a couple of days. It’s obvious those are not real reviews. No real reviews will say great updates to an HR app! Haha.
