Waste of time
Booked a pickup service for tablet repair but instead of picking up the device in my location, app was updated that my number was called by Ria Ruth Banaria at counter 1 and then the ticket was marked as done.
What is the point of making the pickup service available on the app if you are expecting your client to appear in the service center?

Unresponsive service for Samsung Repair
Tried it out. Made an appointment earlier...for today. Gave me a ticket, confirming the appointment. I took a leave from work. But no show. Very disappointing. Not worth a star even.
Very poor service
I don’t know if there is a bug on this app. But every time I will try to make an appointment for services a week before the date, it is ALWAYS “fully booked”. I tried to contact but I encountered an error saying, the health office if not open even though it is within the office hours.
