A calmer way around the app. Every screen now carries one small bar at the top that says where you are, with a single menu that opens the whole app. The old burger, the stacked strips and the repeated screen titles are gone, so more of each screen is yours — and a house at the head of the bar puts Home one tap away. Home opens on today. One thing worth doing at the top, a box to write straight into, the day you have actually had underneath it, and a "Something else" button that opens the full logger. Suggestions for the parts you have not been using show up again. Every list works the same way. One row per thing, everything else behind a visible "…", and delete moved off the row so it is far harder to hit by accident. Holding a row no longer fights your phone's own copy bar. Undo, and a safety net. After a delete a quiet pill offers it back for six seconds — and anything deleted waits 30 days in Recently Deleted, including a plan you untick by mistake. Your diary keeps your words. Writing again on the same day adds to that page instead of replacing it. Edit and delete sit on a visible control now, "Make edits" drops you straight in, and dragging a moment into a new order works with a finger. Every sport has its own symbol. Run, walk, ride, swim, row, ball and climb no longer share one icon. Your first minute. Starting out is three screens and one question — what did you do today? — and your first entry is kept before anything else is asked of you. What the app notices, said plainly. Every observation shows what it is based on and how sure it is, and never claims a cause. An evening question about your actual day, drawn from what you logged, if you asked for it. Also: the bar at the top clears the clock, every date box has a visible label, empty sections say what belongs there and give you a way in, Groups menus stay on screen and read properly in every language, and there is an optional soft sound when something saves — off until you turn it on.
