Easy to Use
This is far superior to reading on the website. I especially like being able to magnify sections on a iPad. I can make portions of a page as large as I’d like. This app makes navigating the digital version of BCT much easier!

I have always enjoyed your paper. I cannot get home delivery because I live in Camden County. But the digital is great. Thank you for providing it. I taught in Burlington County for 32 years. So I love keeping up with the news there.

It’s broken! Fix it!
Can’t log in on the app, it tells me I need to change my password and that I get sent a link in my email to change the password. I get no such email, and I can log on fine on the site to view the paper, but isn’t the app supposed to be easier?
Nonfunctional App
This app has been nonfunctional for a few weeks. Every time I attempt to log in, I get an expired email error message. However, I can log into the website with my credentials without any issue.
I contacted the BCT via phone today, and I was told that the app is no longer “compatible” and it will NOT be repaired.
I’m definitely frustrated since I had purchased an annual subscription, and I enjoyed the convenience of the electronic delivery via the app. Disappointing.

The worst app....
I have had this application less than one month. It shouldn’t be so hard just opening it and reading, but it is. It won’t even let me access today’s newspaper nor any of the editions from the past week. Fuzzy print. Not the first time nor the second or third. It shouldn’t be this hard trying to do something so simple.

I may cancel my subscription!
Maybe the worse app I use! Really poor layout and constantly gets stuck on older editions of the paper. Very frustrating- especially considering IM PAYING FOR THE SERVICE! There are name examples out there (NYT, WAPO, USAToday, etc). Just follow their lead.
Each update gets worse
When I first downloaded this app, it was so-so. Lots of mornings, it was not there until after noon, but was clear and readable. Each time they “improve” it, it becomes less useable. Locks on older editions, quits for no apparent reason, fuzzy pages. The latest update makes it almost useless. Slow loading, slow page turning, fuzzy pages that can take entire minutes to clear enough to read. And, every so often, it simply will not load, and I must delete it and download again.
Don’t bother getting this; it is just a waste of your time and space.

Terrible
Stuck on last weekend’s edition. Cannot get anything since them. Why do I pay for a digital subscription when I cannot view the paper? App stinks.
Worse than useless
This app is awful! Most days it doesn’t work, when it does, it’s late in the day. Often you only get some of the paper, like the classifieds. Selecting a specific date doesn’t work well, either. The BCT should be embarrassed.
GETTING WORSE AND WORSE
Most days I can’t get E Edition until very late or not at all. Today I’m getting the classified ads only! Yesterday, which was Sunday, I got Fridays paper.
When you call the paper, no one seems to know anything about the E edition. I’m very close to canceling the whole thing.

Getting worse
Each update gets worse. Trying to sign in is ridiculous and calling for support gets you a “we’re updating, keep trying”. That is NOT customer service!
Not Good
This app is terrible. Way to many pop up ads when trying to view a story. Can't read a story after 12 hours old. If I'm not mistaken used to be 24 hours old before you couldn't read a story. Deleting app and will find another news source for information.

Can't log on, no instructions, no information. Worthless
Nothing comes up
So far I have been able to sign in, but I don't get the publication.... Just a blank screen with lines on it after the set-up
