I paid annual subscription of INR399 and the services are not activated. Its been a long time now. If no services are to be provided then why take the money. Please refund.

Very bad app, waste of money

Waste of money. Watching experience is very bad. Streaming live channel gets stuck for days, nobody bothers to fix issues. Every-time you open a channel it’s show same stupid ads every single time. Very annoying app.

I have a subscription put still it says you are not subscribed
Even after complaining no action taken now the app doesn’t even open up

Even after downloading the new app still says I am not subscribed I tried this after getting your email saying you were extending it for a year more even worse then before

We've also upgraded TimesPlay OTT App with Hollywood Movies, Web-Series, Shows, Live TV Channels of English Entertainment content. Please download the new app, once we activate your subscription again, you will have access to all of the content on platform including the new additions which were not there in our earlier version. -Thanks, TimesPlay OTT team
