ET Now not working
Since yesterday morning ET Now is not working on my App and TV Inspite of complaining on email and X Platform. Very bad customer care service. I have an active subscription since last 2 years. Kindly look into it and resolve the issue else I will not renew again.
Too many adverts even after paying
I try to watch times now but every time ads play in loop. Several occasions I just switched off. One of the worst apps and not worth the charges paid at all.
Paid and service not active
I paid annual subscription of INR399 and the services are not activated. Its been a long time now. If no services are to be provided then why take the money. Please refund.
No updates since a year
Improve the app experience and audio quality
Very bad app, waste of money
Waste of money. Watching experience is very bad. Streaming live channel gets stuck for days, nobody bothers to fix issues. Every-time you open a channel it’s show same stupid ads every single time. Very annoying app.
