Even after downloading the new app still says I am not subscribed I tried this after getting your email saying you were extending it for a year more even worse then before

Hi Neu, We've upgraded the platform to include all the News Channels as well as Entertainment Channels under Times Network. You will get access to Live TV Channels of Times Now, Times Now Navbharat, ET Now, ET Now Swadesh, Mirror Now. Further in Entertainment category we have included Live TV Channels of ZOOM TV as well as English Entertainment Channels like Romedy Now, Movies Now, MNX and MN+. If you paid for the subscription earlier, please share details at appfeedback@timesplay.com. We'll extend your membership for an year so you can continue to enjoy TimesPlay OTT.
