Scam promotion
This effectively reduces my overall subscription benefit to just a few months, which defeats the entire purpose of purchasing an extension. The promotion is misleading—customers are encouraged to pay for an extended period under the impression of added value, but in reality, the usable subscription period is significantly compromised.
Additionally, the Zee5 football offering is time-bound, and by the time my current subscription ends, the FIFA-related content will no longer be relevant. This raises serious concerns about why such an extension was pushed in the first place.
Despite highlighting this issue, I have been denied a refund on the grounds of a “non-refundable” policy. This is unacceptable, especially when the service was misrepresented at the time of purchase.
This experience reflects poorly on customer transparency and trust. I will not be continuing as a user and would strongly caution others before opting for similar promotions.

Misleading Offer & Completely Untrustworthy Service
When I contacted their support team, instead of resolving the issue they simply said that the offer period had already passed. This response is completely unacceptable because my purchase was made while the offer was still active.
This feels like a classic case of misleading customers with attractive offers just to push subscriptions and then refusing to honor those promises afterward. It seriously damages trust.
Very disappointing service and poor customer support. If a company advertises a benefit, they should honor it instead of making excuses. Because of this experience, I strongly feel that this platform is unreliable and I regret purchasing the subscription.
