Very well put together am really enjoying it.
Reading digital copy.
I enjoy being able to read the paper on my phone or iPad while my wife reads it in print. However, and the digital copy there frequently are difficulties in highlighting an article and having the highlighted article stay at the right side. Frequently it does not progress.
Best Way to Read the Newspaper
Love the convenience of the e-edition; you can enlarge the text to make it easy to read and no tromping through the rain or snow to retrieve your paper.
Great news source
Great job on news in Fort Smith
Times record
I can’t open the app. I read the paper this way happily but now can’t. The logo comes on my screen, but it won’t open.
Sports
I enjoy the articles on local hs athletes!
Works well
Works well on my iPad. Allows me to download the paper then read it later.
Average coverage
Lost local insights and connections after Gannett purchased it.
Constant issues loading
I have to go to the website frequently to download the current edition to then rest the app. Very annoying
Great duplicate of printed newspaper
I enjoy being able to read my paper early in the morning without facing ugly weather to bring it inside. Having this app is the perfect answer. I still receive the printed version because I don’t want to have a negative effect on my carrier and her job. She’s a great carrier, reliable and thoughtful in her delivery.

New way to read
Enjoy daily download. Much nicer than paper copy
Always with me
It is a real treat to have a local paper always with me. I typically do not have enough time to go through the whole paper at once.
Times Record
Times Record has been an important source of Fort Smith area news for many, many years. I have been a subscriber for almost 25 years. It could compete better with Dem-Gaz if deadlines were moved back to where they were a year or two ago. Not having High School and Razorback sports from the previous evening is a negative for many people.
