Could you tell us a bit more about what you mean by “Which Cake?” and “Today, Monday 29” — is this a label that appears on your timestamp, a wrong date, or some other UI/text issue? Quick info that would help us reproduce and fix it: Which device & iOS version are you using? App version / build (Settings → About in the app). A screenshot of the problem (if possible). Hi Kush718 — sorry about that and thanks for reporting it. Quick questions to help us fix it: Which iPhone model & iOS version? App version/build? Built-in mic or external mic? Is audio missing inside the app playback or only after export? Quick checks you can try: Settings → Privacy → Microphone → allow Timestamp Camera. Restart the app and make a short test recording. Please send any of the answers or screenshots — we’ll investigate and fix this ASAP. We appreciate your help

Hi Douchenutt — thanks for using **Timestamp Camera** and for your honest feedback. Sorry the stamped location looked wrong — I know that’s frustrating. A few quick points that might explain what happened and steps you can try: * The app uses your device’s location (GPS) plus reverse-geocoding to turn coordinates into a place name. If Location Services, **Precise Location**, or network access are off/weak, the app can show a nearby/approximate name or an unusual place. * Please check: **Settings → Privacy → Location Services → Timestamp Camera** and make sure it’s allowed while using the app and **Precise Location** is on. Also try with a good GPS signal / internet connection so the place name resolves correctly. * If you were offline when stamping, the app may fall back to coordinates or a cached/approximate name. We’re actively listening and want to fix this — could you tell us: 1. Is the stamped place completely wrong (different city) or just an unfamiliar local name? 2. Can you share a screenshot of the photo with the stamp and the photo’s timestamp (you can reply here or contact our support)? That will help us reproduce and correct the reverse-geocoding logic. About nicknames: you should be able to set your display nickname/label in the app’s profile or watermark settings. If you’re seeing every nickname “taken” or can’t enter one, please tell us where you tried to set it (which screen) — we can improve the flow. Would you also find a **photo rename** feature helpful (for example: use your nickname + timestamp as the filename)? Please let us know which behavior you prefer. We’re constantly improving the app and want to make the experience better. If you want to cancel your subscription right away (App Store), please follow these steps on your iPhone or iPad: Open Settings. Tap your name at the top (Apple ID). Tap Subscriptions. Find Timestamp Camera, tap it, then choose Cancel Subscription and confirm. If you’d like help locating the subscription or have other concerns, reply here and we’ll guide you through it.
