Hard time opening and closing quick orders. It gets stuck while loading constantly for pretty much every single step through quick orders and you have to constantly shut the app off and reopen it for it to load. I find myself having to scan/shutdown/reopen/scan again more than once for almost every single quick order. And it constantly gets stuck trying to close out a quick order when im done / complete. Super laggy, and it doesnt matter how good or bad my connection is. Extremely difficult to work with at times because of this.

Game Changer
The TIMS business software is a game changer for our business. The mobile app connection to our server gives our sales team what they need to check inventory, place orders and made deliveries in the field without any extra work.
12 hour program
This program can only run 12 hours. After 12 hours it has to go down. We have several hundred people using this program and constantly having problems. 8-9 pm you switch over to 1980’s delivery service mode paper charts. When it runs good, it runs good.
