Nice - App could use some updates
We recently changed out some of our door knobs to the Tinewa biometric Bluetooth/wifi (gateway) lever knobs. We purchased at least 6. I’ve been using them for 1 month now. The fingerprint doesn’t always work the first time which can be a little frustrating but overall we’re happy with our purchases.
The experience could be a little better so I am making 4 suggestions for the app:
1. More custom abilities when selecting time periods. For example, it would be nice to be able to set multiple day and time allowances. For us, not all the days are the same. We wanted to have it set one way during our work week and another way on the weekends but we are forced to make every the same with the app’s current functionality.
2. This is more minor but it would be ideal if you could delete a door knob from the app without having to “reach” it via Bluetooth or WiFi. Here’s our current situation…. If all the knobs we purchased and setup on the app, only 1 wasn’t working as expected (it was a misalignment issue with the screws. When I initially installed it, I setup my fingerprint as the admin immediately (before screwing in the cover that goes on the inside of the room. Then I realized the issue with misalignment so I physically uninstalled the door knob (and ordered a replacement). I didn’t realize until I went to setup the replacement knob that you don’t have the ability to delete a knob from the app unless the app can actually “reach” the door knob. To get around this, I renamed the returned door knob “X” and moved it to bottom of my list of door knobs within the app. This more just an annoyance for me to see it every time I go into the app.
3. The ability to create a widget in order to quickly unlock the door (for example, when you’re paying in bed and your child is knocking at the door but you don’t want to get out of bed to let them in). This would allow the user to quickly access the unlock (or lock) feature without having to find the app, select the door knob and then select unlock.
4. Lastly, it would be even better if the app worked with Apple HomeKit. This would allow the user to have more options, such as the widget, etc.
I sincerely hope you consider implementing some, if not all, of these suggestions.

Good product
Smart home lock works well, id like to see a feature were it and sense when you are approaching your locked deadbolt and suggest to unlock it via a notification of some sort. I think this would be really intuitive and speed up that whole part. Fumbling for the app amongst all the other apps on your phone can be annoying. 10/10
