Great product and company!
Tinnacity has transformed our service department and simplified our technicians daily lives. The ability to track all aspects of work orders, requests for parts/services, enabling real time communication between techs and HQ. Our office staff have been able to bill in real time and there is no longer a backlog of WO waiting to be billed. The entire Tinnacity team cares about our success and supports us and our employees with any challenge we come across!

Terrible
Wish I could give zero stars. It has way too much stuff on it and way too many steps to perform tasks on it. Have used other service apps in the past and they are way easier to operate and a lot less steps to do one task
Great product!
The app is easy to use, intuitive, and has made our techniciansโ day much easier. They are spending less time on paperwork and are getting work orders to us immediately when previously it could take days. Also, the app has made back-office work much more streamlined. There is a bit of a learning curve (like anything new), but once you have the hang of it, processing times become shorter, billing is more consistent, and there are fewer errors overall.
