I’m sorry to hear about your experience, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. I do want to clarify that the app’s main features are available for free. While the subscription does unlock additional content, it’s not required for basic use, which is noted on the app’s product page at the disclaimer section. I introduced subscriptions to help fund ongoing development, as I’m continuously researching and refining the effectiveness of tinnitus masking techniques. My commitment is to keep the core features free for all users. That said, I’d love to discuss how to improve your experience. Please reach out to support@ovotone.com, I’m always open to feedback and ideas!

Edit: With the latest update (2.0) new harmonization features have been added. The app now offers twelve distinct customizable harmony filters with the ability to adjust the pitch and brightness, specifically designed to cover different tinnitus types. —— Hi John! Thank you for trying the first version of Tinnisleep and your honest review. I'm working on improving the app every day, implementing more customisability to cover more types of tinnitus. It's unfortunate to hear it's not beneficial for your type of tinnitus at the moment, leading to the one star review. However, if you would be interested to try and discover a sound and harmony that helps alleviate your tinnitus type, it could greatly help the improvement of the app. You can contact me at support@ovotone.com
