Weak Connection
Connection is weak even when router is just 5 feet far. Please add delay feature for Door lock controller so that it can be used with NO and NC mode.

Worst app and device
I recently purchased a Tinxy 4-module device and have faced numerous issues. The WiFi connection is unstable, even at a short distance. The app performs poorly, and the device has trouble integrating with Alexa. Needing to keep the board open for network connection is inconvenient, and when the board is closed, the device doesn't work. There's a significant delay when switching it on or off, and it often resets by itself. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Firmware doesn’t upgrade on 1 node and 2 node switches even after agreeing to terms and conditions. The message box just vanishes without any effect.
