Weak Connection
Connection is weak even when router is just 5 feet far. Please add delay feature for Door lock controller so that it can be used with NO and NC mode.

Worst app and device
I recently purchased a Tinxy 4-module device and have faced numerous issues. The WiFi connection is unstable, even at a short distance. The app performs poorly, and the device has trouble integrating with Alexa. Needing to keep the board open for network connection is inconvenient, and when the board is closed, the device doesn't work. There's a significant delay when switching it on or off, and it often resets by itself. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Firmware doesn’t upgrade on 1 node and 2 node switches even after agreeing to terms and conditions. The message box just vanishes without any effect.

Activity log when door unlocked manually

You have developed an excellent product, I really like it. Just one suggestion regarding the app: it would be great to also have the Activity Log when the door is unlocked manually from the botton on lock. It only record the events when lock is unlocked from the mobile .
Hoping to have this feature in coming firmware update.

Multiple user access
Hello there. Its a awesome app. Didn’t find any bug or lag in it. But you must provide multiple user access to one account at same time. As you there are many members in a family. My brother need to login every time in his phone if he want to operate it
Please add support for Siri Shortcuts
The app is great, i basically control everything in my Room including lights, Fan, Switch etc using this app. However only thing missing is voice control commands over siri. Requesting the devs to please add this support.
