App is garbage
It’s hardly functional at all
I have one of those smart nightstands and all I wanna do is dim the thing so that I’m not blinding myself while I’m trying to fall asleep but then it just gets brighter in five minutes. This app does very little and is basically useless.

No instructions
No instructions on how to use the remote in order set time for the display lights to change colors.
Does not work worst app I’ve ever seen
App keeps saying to open Bluetooth. My Bluetooth is open and on and it is still saying it deleted it immediately not worth downloading.
I guess I got scammed
This looks like it will attempt to connect to something Bluetooth but never does anything, no support, no guide, if you contact their Amazon support you just get AI support that knows nothing.
Motion sensor fix
Please allow the motion session/person detector to be turned off in the app. Having it default to motion sensor is very annoying. I have 8 bookshelf’s mounted together and the physical buttons are hard to get to. I don’t want the lights going off every 30 seconds. Painful.

It takes 75MB bro, way too much for my phone AND I have to wait. 32 MINUTES, waste of time, don’t download.
Requires location access
I get that the app needs Bluetooth to talk to the fan, but why does it demand and not proceed without access to my location? That’s a no from me. Deleting.
It’s pretty much as bad as they say
It works, it does control your fan. However, it does only allow one connection at a time. I can use the remote the device came with, while my girlfriend uses the app, but it should be able to be controlled by multiple sources.

i’ve tried to get Customer Service support for this app, but clearly it’s just a sham company. We are using it for a ceiling fan with a light that we got from Lowe’s. If one of us has control of the fan, the other one cannot control the fan or light. I can delete the fan if I can’t control it and re-add it then I can control it and then the other person cannot. Waste of time. Scam, clearly.
