Hello. Do you use the same ID on a new device? As for the family share, you should enable it on your device.
Disappointed
You only get two free animals, a pig and a sheep after that you have to pay!! I donโt think you should have to pay.

Hello. Thank you for your review. User has an opportunity to play 2 characters for free to understand to pay or not to pay to play further. We think that the minimum cost of subscription which gives you a full access is appropriate and price is fair since it cost just as a coffee.

No sound
I have the volume turned up but there is no sound. It looks like the animals make noises and there are sound controls. Everything is turned up.

Hello Thank you for your feedback. We have tested the game and everything works fine. Please be sure that you turn off the silent mode in your phone also.
