Stoped working

It was working alright. Not smooth but still was working until recently. It just stopped working. Shows no video, the settings don’t function basically nothing works anymore. I paid quite a bit for a camera a year and a half ago that came with instructions to use this app. Now it’s useless… so disappointed. Don’t think the app has been updated for a while…. It needs an urgent update
