The concept is good but
This app key feature which should be delivery time is far from what they sell. I ordered a few times with express delivery and it comes so late after (like +2 hours than expected time) so when we most needed the drinks they didnât come. Please improve your delivery crew if thatâs the issue youâre having.

Wouldnât give me my order !!!
Driver turned up with the drink was then told by door dash (who they use to fulfill the orders) to return to the store and not give me my order. No idea why, I had already paid in full, given him my drivers license? There was no issue on my end and now we have no alcohol for our party, ruined the night. Absolute shambles of a service. And have to wait 2-4 days for my money!

Went through the whole process of creating an account and giving out my info only to find out they donât deliver in my area.

Falsely claimed id expired when it had more than another year left, this point is only at pickup, needs to accept all forms of official Australian drivers license.
Waste of time
Consistently does not deliver on time or at all. Donât even bother downloading, youâll just end up running a refund.
Use Uber eats or jimmy brings instead
Everytime I use this app it takes 90 mins to 2 hours to receive my order. There are lots of other alcohol delivery apps that deliver promptly and have a good range and I would recommend any of those over tipple.
No refund
I ordered beers and requested a refund after the order had not even been picked at the store after 2 hours. Then I was told I wouldnât receive a refund to my bank account and would have to buy something within tipple. Everything I have ordered has not even been picked after 2+ hours

Rarely have items ordered
At least 50% of the time I order from them, theirRetailers have run out of the products I want. It gets frustrating finding something youâd like, and then mostly not being able to drink it! A bunch of their product descriptions are still unwritten, with lame, cutesy placeholders about not having had a chance to review them yet. Itâs just too much work, unless you are prepared to sit by your phone and make alternative choices, which are often of a lesser value. Tonight I ended up with something that was $10 less than what I initially ordered, and if I hadnât brought it up with them they wouldâve just taken my money; nothing said.

You canât disable notifications.. which means you get spammed with their promotional junk every 2/3 nights a week.. sure you can disable APP notifications.. but then you donât get driver updates. So iâll use another service.
