Titan is king
We (Pickleball Citi) waited eight weeks to get our machine and it had delivered in every way. Love the app, love the ease of use as well. 2 thumbs up all around.
Machine works well but app and support somewhat disappointing
The machine works really well. And I love using it. Got it a few months ago and use about 3x per week.
Unfortunately the app is not that great and it e promises for an update are empty promises so far.
Also, the library of drills, which has a lot of potential, has also been mostly just stuck on the few drills added long ago.
Hope Titan ups their game so I can change my review and recommend them.

Great machine, buggy app
The machine so far has been great. I have been able to figure the app out, but the setup process missed some key details pertaining to custom drill setup.
Some bugs I’ve noticed:
1. Upon power up, the machine enters a drill and starts shooting balls without being prompted to start.
1a. It requires you to start, and then stop (twice) a drill in order to stop the machine initially.
2. If you click start and then turn your screen off too fast, it won’t transmit the signal to the machine, so hopefully you guys can run it in the background temporarily to ensure it sends the Start signal to the machine.
As far as the machine goes, the tennis racket holder always catches a few balls. I wish I could just seal that area off - I may try somehow. It is just an extra 3 balls that could be fed.

Still pretty limited
This app works pretty well, but there are some things I'd like to see. For example, i'd like to change the single ball drills like "Forehand" or "Backhand" to multi-ball drills.
Also, I'd like to add more drills to the 12 pre-existing drills.
This appv and the Titan ball machine have so many excellent possibilities, and I'd like to be able to take better advantage of them.

Pickleball machine
Great machine, App is easy to use, just used it today as it was delivered a couple days ago, no issues delivering to Ontario Canada.
One enhancement would be for the Apple Iwatch to have it available on watch with a pause button during drills
