Every time I try to buy coins I get the error another transaction pending so uninstalled the game and reinstalled still the same and I also lost everything I had and back to the beginning again . I payed money for coins and I was way up in levels not happy

Have sent so many emails etc. regarding this message which occurs when I try to purchase coins. This has been over a matter of months. When are you going to give me the courtesy of a reply to this problem and all my emails? Regardless of your reasons for no reply whatsoever, it is just plain rude, and absolutely no way to conduct business. Do something! A rating of 5 for the game, it is brilliant. A rating of 0 for your help.
I keep coming back to this game, as I think it is the very best of the lot. However, it is still not allowing me to purchase coins. I still get the above message. Please fix this problem so I can begin to play the game. As I am now terminally ill, playing these games takes me away from my illness. I really want to play this game only.
