Sync issue
Titan team may check the issue that the time is not being synced automatically with ios. Why titan team is not listening.
Updated this 2 week back.. after this there is issue of synchronisation.. time is not being synced automatically.. it has to be done manually and at that time it says cocoa error 500.
While firmware update it says that new firmware is available but on the other hand while doing that it says that this is the latest version. đłđ§

literally doesnt work
idk what else to say the app simply doesnât work and keeps crashing
Application gets crashed Everytime I try to login.
I have just bought the watch Titan Smart 2, I am trying to login to this app but Everytime I enter my mobile number and put nu cursor on password tab, the app gets crashed,
And we I went to the official store they said,âwe are not able to deal with this, sorry. Please mail your problem to our customer care emailâ
When I sent the mail explaining my problem to customer care, they still didnât responded.
I have checked my app version, mobile software version and I have find both this updated.
As a user of this big brand I really didnât expected this kind of experience.I hope my problem will go to developers and it will get fixed ASAP.

Synchonization issue and mandatory location share
What is the use of watch bands if it does not give correct time. The watch mandates you to share your location and should be connected always with mobile. However, there is always a lag between watch and the real time even after connected to the mobile. Please STAY AWAY from having this watch.
One of the worst apps Iâve used
This app is so sh*t. One of the worst Iâve ever used. It NEVER syncs. And every time I enter the app, I have to enter all my details again. So frustrating. What is the point of this app if Iâm wasting my time entering my details again and again when I enter the app? Genuinely irritating. So useless.

Watch not connecting
iPhone 14, both the scan to connect option as well as the search device options have not been working for a long time. There is no option to resolve it on the app. Tried reinstalling but still does not work.
Worst service
I have lodged a complaint regarding Titan smart watch from 12th September 2023 but still no resolution from companyâs end. Even after submitting all the required documents on time but still no one is available to solve this issues. I feel for smart watch you should not trust Titan for smart watches. Customer executives instead of solving problems they increase your problem. Very rude staff #Titan

Unable to use app, as itâs keep crashing and auto close when to open it.

It has been almost 1 year since I bought it. Till now, only one new watchface was added in 14th February. Other than that, no new watchface has been added. Also, since I bought it last year, I got only a single update for the watch. Why donât you release new updates & watchfaces to stay in the competition with other brands?

Keeps Crashing
Been ages at this point that the app keeps crashing. A few weeks ago I could at least try opening it multiple times and it would luckily open up here and there. However the last few weeks it only crashes.

Poor app
Disappointed with app working. Very slow , take too much time for synchronisation. Device is too much experience, and the features are very basic. Call pick option is not available. Health data is not getting connected with any other health monitoring app or cloud. We have to only depend on this company app.

Doesnât seem to have trends over time.
Overall the app syncs well with the device and the interface is nice. However I am unable to find trends like monthly average and yearly average and so on. Whatâs the point of an app that cannot do trends over time. What is the purpose then at the end of day.
Please add more watch faces
App is working fine till now, but needs improvement in weather details, please add more watch faces including animated ones, also add some more AOD watch faces.
