6 years?
I just started server #2 within the last 24 hours. I found out that the server is two weeks old. In my search to estimate when the next server will open I went to server #1. Server 1 has been active since 2018! So six years later they finally opened up a new server?? So server #3 will open in 2030? No way and that’s too bad because it seems like a good game with good flow. Maybe I’ll check back in 2030.

Avoid like the plague
Played this game for years… made some awesome memory’s with some really good friends. However since this game has been updated with the new developers it is unplayable, full of bugs, players hacking the game to get ahead, builds that have taken years to perfect absolutely useless and a support team that doesn’t bother to respond. Don’t waste your money. I spent a fortune on this game over the years as did many others. Absolutely worthless. Get a refund if you can but Apple arnt much help ether. Rubbish

Developer screwes you over
This game has not been updated in over two years. They finally updated it and screewed up most of the gear and hero settings. They have a login issue which has caused a lot of castles to get zeroed instead of them shutting the server down until that issue was fixed. They do not respond well they have not been compensated for changing gear which takes a long time to get and now it is worthless.

Bad developers
This game is terrible the new owners have changed everything things that we paid money for we can no longer use they ruined all our hero’s. Made healing and recruiting troops take a stupidly long time unless you spend money. Players were unable to log in last night and as a result some have been set to zero, with no response from the developers they don’t care about players only money #forfayde

Scam!!!
Absolute trash scam game. Spend thousands of dollars building gear and they switch the functions of all the gear and then don’t give you resets to exchange all the items you have used to build it. Been playing for 5 years they will not get another dollar deleting the game
App won’t start
After playing the game for a few years I’m disappointed to say the app crashed before it even gets a chance to fully open.
It’s a good game but
As the title says above everyone. It’s a good game but there’s a problem I just got on and it said “network unavailable please try again”. Now I don’t know if this is an actual problem on the company’s end or mine but this need to be fix. Btw I don’t know if I have secured my account or not which is why I need to get on. Anyways have a great day everyone. PS I don’t know have anybody else got this problem too.

Have not been able to log into game for nearly 24 hours. I think they shut game down without telling everyone.
Amazing
It’s a very amazing game if you like fantasy. A few things I dislike is that it needs more content, and you either have to grind out the game or it’s somewhat pay to win.

This game is broken. Camel shut down their ticket support page as well. Used to be a great game. If i could give it no stars i would. Apple should take action on them.
Non-existent support
Having played the game for several years now, I can safely say the developer support is shocking. Quick enough to take your money, but have completely ignored my last messages regarding being locked out of one of my castles. Avoid.
Good game, terrible support
If I could give the game a zero then I would. After playing the game for two years, and spending quite a bit to build it, a game glitch caused me to loose access to the account. After waiting for two months and sending multiple in-game messages and emails to support, I’ve given up trying to regain access to the account. Don’t download this game.

Wow!!! This game probably out beats any game I have played, this game is easy to play it doesn’t require u to pull a lot of money out of your pockets like the other games they don’t rake ur eyeballs out you already get a lot of rss, as well as other gifts from killing monsters, doing different kinds of adventures please do not change this game. Well maybe 1 things would be helpful I think you guys should make steel alittle bit easier to get it stops some of the enhancements. But other then that this is a great game. Keep it coming very addicting..

This is because the game has been abandoned by the devs, and has become unplayable.
You can only do well if you're in one of the top guilds, and the people in the top guilds are incredibly unfriendly.
Otherwise it's constantly getting killed by people 10x your level.

Do not trust Camel games
A lot of hype around this game a year ago. Multiple timely updates. New realms opening frequently. Promises made for continued development - even within the game portions say “coming soon”. A game that had 70 realms is now down to under 10 after multiple mergers. No game updates AT ALL in a year.
Most have left the game out of frustration with Camel and highly unbalanced hero’s that time and money invested has been a complete waste as they stopped rebalancing and updating. This has left the game with a few Alpha hero’s that people were lucky enough to have selected over a year ago when development was active.
Camel is very lucky they are not held to U.S. ethical business standards. I’d recommend staying away from this game and any other Camel game. I have no idea how this game is still 4.5 stars - don’t trust the overall rating as they are old reviews for a great game that had potential. This game is a 0 out of 5 now and I wish I could get my money back - as do literally 100’s of other players.
