This is Tic Tac Toe to the next level. Level 1 is basic Tic Tac Toe, but Level 2 is a 9x9 challenge that really makes you think. This game is definitely an intellectual challenge and fun to play with friends on the same phone or over Facebook. Here's to a fun time with a bit of thinking!
