What's New in TitanLift

3.1

October 10, 2026

Your coach got a lot smarter. • Ask about any lift. Your coach now looks through your full training history, not just a summary, so it can answer questions about any exercise, any week or any stall. • It can make changes for you. Ask for a workout, a different rest time, an exercise swap or a superset, and it shows the change with a Confirm button. Nothing changes until you tap it. • Coach in your workout. Tap Coach from the rest timer or your workout screen to swap a lift, adjust your rest or add a finisher on the spot. • Plans for stalled lifts. Stuck at the same weight for 3 sessions? Your lift's page and the Coach tab show it, with a one-tap plan to get moving again. • Supersets from the Exercises tab. Pair exercises from any exercise's page, and the pairing sticks across your workouts and routines. • Sound settings have their own screen under Profile → Preferences. Spoken cues now start off; turn them on there anytime. • When rest ends, your next set is read aloud: exercise, weight and reps. Fixes • Weight suggestions now show kg if that's your unit. • Sets logged on Apple Watch now use your own rest time and handle supersets correctly. • Skipping rest now stops the Live Activity countdown too.
