Avoid - just use YouTube
I can’t rate this low enough. I subscribed to these guys for several years. On my most recent renewal I was charged for the full year but lost all service connection. I tried reaching out to customer support in several ways over the course of a few months with no response.
I ultimately had to dispute the charges with my credit card. Title finally responded and accused me of “friendly fraud”. At that point I presented my attempts to work with Title to my credit card company and won the dispute.
I would never go back to these guys. I started following several YouTubers for all sorts of different workouts (kickboxing, cardio, strength, etc). The content is on par if not superior to Title with no battles over membership/access!

Don’t get this app
Two basic comments. Title does not add new content anymore and it is impossible to cancel the service. You can’t do it on line and their customer service does not return requests to cancel. Don’t get mixed up in this app.
Need newer videos
I have been doing this for about 3 years and they have not update or added any new videos. So, I don’t do it as much now because it has become boring.
Does not work
I subscribed but app did not allow me to set up an account after multiple tries, so I cancelled the free 7 day trial.
Charged me for annual subscription when I chose monthly
I selected monthly membership and got a confirmation for annual. Their technology seems very outdated, the website was awkward to navigate, the app has very little information on it, the forms are very nondescript. I think there’s a lot more they could do to improve the user experience, starting with not charging customers for the wrong plan.

beware - title refuses to cancel my subscription
I wrote to Title on 11/28/2024 requesting cancellation of my subscription, and it has been almost 30 days and they have not yet responded confirming they’ve processed my cancellation. I will be disputing any and all future charges with my credit card company and reporting the company for unethical practices. I also sent certified mail to the address they specified on the contract, and a whole week after sending it, I find out it’s been FORWARDED to another address. What an absolute scam. There hasn’t been a single new video uploaded in the entire year I’ve been subscribed either.

App no longer works
After the most recent update the app is completely broken. When you click on anything a small notification window pops up with “internal server error.” I reached out to support trying to see what was going on and they only seemed concerned about my subscription Then I was asked for my Apple ID and phone number which had absolutely nothing to do with the problem, and would not address anything about the app error. Without a subscription the error still pops up. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. I had to request my money back from App Store support.

Frustrating
The content is good - even though nothing new has been added in at least two years. Unfortunately the app is broken at least one week per month and the customer service is non-existent.
Dead app
Downloaded this a year ago and it was full of videos and exercises to try. Re-opened it today and there is nothing on the app, and the developer website is dead. Don’t bother downloading it unless they update it with more stuff.
No New Workouts
I’ve subscribed to Title Boxing on Demand since December 2023. In 5 months, I have not seen any new workouts uploaded to the app. Even the “workouts of the week” have not changed and zero results are found when using the filter “what’s new”. I tried reaching out to customer service and they said that 1 new workout is uploaded each week but I have seen no evidence of this.

Internal Server Error
Writing a review to get attention from customer service. Please advise how I am supposed to access any of the workouts after continuously getting an error.
Needs more bag only
I only like Bagwork. It would be nice to have more 30 and 45 min sessions.
Not worth it!
It freezes up during a workout and then it just cancels the workout and you are left with a screen that says “MyFitAp” not sure why since I do not have such app. Anyhow, not a great app.
What happened?
This used to be great, now horrendous!
Old Content, Flaky App, Nonexistent Service
The UI is awful. Good luck finding new workouts if Title is even creating any. I had an account tied to a credit card. Once the card expired, there was no where to update my card. I emailed customer service to close my account and never heard back. Now I just receive emails every month that my card is expired.

I liked the old app/structure better. I feel like they don’t update it with new workouts that often, so you’re basically just doing the same exact workouts over and over again
Streaming Issues
Lately I’ve been having trouble with the video stopping abruptly and then taking forever to restart. I’ve tried every troubleshooting idea I can think of and it seems like it’s the app. I REALLY loved the web based title on demand. Please fix!!!
