I love the work Title365’s provides but this app does not work half the time. I have to uninstall and reinstall just to get notifications.
Worst signing app ever
This app is so glitchy. So much of it works slow or not at all and is not user friendly. Please look into Amrock's app and revise yours or hire the developer that did theirs. This app is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. All the problems everyone has left in the reviews is so true so no need here to repeat them.

OMG!
What wrong with this app? This can't be how it's supposed to operate! It's slow to nothing at all. Can't communicate back and forth on it. Can't get docs. Scratching my head on this one. Have to constantly reset the app to get orders.

Rewrite this app so it tells people at 365 when I have confirmed appointments! I get several calls asking if I have confirmed and printed docs!!
Please Fix Your App
How are you to have an app that more than 95% of the time doesn’t do what you paid the engineer who built it to do. It’s worthless on both Android and Apple platforms (I have both phones). Seriously find a trustworthy App creator and rebuild this from the ground up because as of today, it’s just trash.

Worse NSA App EVER
You get kicked off the app at the end of every month it seems. Then you have to download it and reinstall it.
Signing in is annoying as heck.

Too many issues.
The app crashes often and frequently. I get an error page on the tab where I’m supposed to check my signings. And I thought if I redownload the app it’ll be fixed, but not I can’t log in at all.

I have not received orders through this app on over a year. Before they switch to this app received tons of order notifications.

The worst beyond belief
Words cannot describe how awful this app, signing service, and system is. Their system has always been glitchy, but the new app takes the win for the worst it’s ever been. The score system that now have in place is impossible to get to the top, with no one to talk to if something comes up. I used to be on their preferred agent list, so I would get first dibs on all orders that came through for almost 8 years. Now? We start at 0% and have to find a way to work our way up. It’s been a total stressful nightmare and I am finally saying goodbye to 8 years of a partnership and deleting the app today. I don’t know how they can do business like this.

Needs more work
I never had any problems with the old Xome app, I can’t say the same for this new app unfortunately. I get the alerts, but when I go into the app to try and view the notification, nothing. I can be in the app as the alert is coming thru and nothing, I can’t see any notification. It always says “No new notifications, try again later” this is happening while I’m already in the app. Missing all signings because I can’t get into the notification. ☹️Bring back the old app, please..

Terrible App
You don’t get notifications. Notifications will come through text then take you to the app but nothing is there. I have reinstall the app almost daily. It’s crazy that they haven’t done anything to update the system. I hear complaints from SEVERAL other notaries too.
Glitchy and bugged
The previous app was way better. This one is always glitching and bugged. You’re not getting any notifications and keeps saying there is a error with login . This ‘new’ app has been out for a while now, these issues should have been fixed a while ago.
Worst Notary Scheduling Platform
I am a busy notary and use the online/app platform for many title companies and services. This Title365 app has to be the worst. Tracking signings, orders, payments and anything else is near impossible.
Push notifications are hit and miss. Sometimes I’ll get email or text orders, just a hodge lodge of workings.
They need to get this app revamped and pronto. Complaints fall on deaf ears at customer service.

Needs Face ID
They should bring back the old app until the bugs are fixed on this one. I miss how easy it was to accept and get an assignment. It takes too long to log in and when I try to confirm an appointment it doesn’t give me the option. Im barely able to accept anything now. This company used to be my biggest signing supplier now I barely get any in months. Face ID really needs to be an added feature for Apple users. Make title 365 great again

Very Disappointing
I’ve tried using this app for the past 3 months and have reached out to 365 but I keep getting the IR team is working on the problem. It’s unfortunate because I’m losing opportunities and I’m sure the title companies aren’t getting notaries. It’s so frustrating but they don’t seem to think it’s a priority 🤷🏽♀️.

Fraught With Issues!
Title365 is a great company to work with, but this App is a nightmare. I have deleted and re-downloaded it numerous times. That used to solve most issues, but now it does not.
Most of my requests to fix the problems have fallen on deaf ears, and when I did get a response that it would be fixed, the problem still remains. Would love to speak to someone in the technical department to explain the issues!

I don’t understand why you guys couldn’t just use the of App and change the name and color scheme? I went from preferred to zero notifications and constant login errors. This whole situation is horrendous.
THIS APP IS A HOT MESS
This app is trash! Notifications all messed up. I keep getting logged out. Such an unnecessarily long passcode needed only to be logged out to log in with an email, password, and then passcode again.
