What's New in Titrate

1.2.0

October 21, 2026

- A new look, and a Home screen. The Case of the Day sits on it with your streak, your knowledge score and your weakest topic. - Five tabs at the bottom: Home, Practice, Review, Progress and You. - Answer the Case of the Day in your own words or as multiple choice, on every plan. The first format you pick is the one for that case. - You can open the Case of the Day before making an account. We keep your answer while you sign up, then grade it. - Review lists your recent cases with their feedback, free. Spaced review of cases you struggled with is on paid plans. - Progress shows a score for each board, and each topic's score, weakest first. - An optional About you section in You, for your role, field and where you train or work. - On paid plans, answer format, difficulty and topics are now set on the Practice tab.

FAQ

What medical specialties does Titrate cover?

Titrate currently covers Internal Medicine (IM-ITE, ABIM), Pediatrics (ABP ITE, ABP), and Psychiatry (PRITE, ABPN). Users can select multiple specialties if they are pursuing dual training.

How does Titrate's daily case work?

Each day, all users in a specific specialty receive the same clinical case for free. You write your answer, and the AI auto-grader provides a score and explains any missed medical points.

What are the paid plans for Titrate?

Paid plans offer additional graded answers and focused practice. Options include Resident ($9.99/month), Resident Pro ($24.99/month), and Intensive ($249.99/month), with annual options also available. These plans enhance practice but do not alter the free daily case.

Can I see how I compare to other users?

Yes, after answering a case, you can view a curve showing how other residents scored on the same case, with your score marked. A knowledge map also displays your performance curve for your entire board exam blueprint.

Does Titrate have ads?

Titrate is ad-free. The application does not contain advertisements, allowing for an uninterrupted study experience.

How often is Titrate updated?

The app was last updated on October 5, 2026, with version 1.1.1. New cases and grading require an internet connection, and the question bank is continuously growing.

Is Titrate suitable for real patients?

No, Titrate is strictly a study aid for residents and students. It is not medical advice, not for use with real patients, and does not replace clinical judgment or guarantee exam results.

How do I manage my subscription for Titrate?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple account. They renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple account's Subscriptions settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription.
