Every day there's one clinical case, and everyone on your board gets the same one. It's free. Answer in your own words, the way you'd explain it to an attending, or pick from multiple choice. The auto-grader checks whether you got the medicine right. AFTER YOU ANSWER You get a score and what you missed. If a case or its grading looks wrong, tap Report an issue. SEE WHERE YOU LAND After an answer in your own words you can see how other people scored on the same case, with your score marked. Progress shows the same for your whole board. WHAT TO STUDY NEXT Your answers build a score for each topic on your board exam blueprint. You'll see it on Progress. Paid plans add more graded answers and targeted practice. Topics lets you pick what your practice cases cover, and Review brings back cases you missed. Neither one changes the free daily case. SPECIALTIES Internal medicine (IM-ITE, ABIM), pediatrics (ABP ITE, ABP) and psychiatry (PRITE, ABPN). Pick more than one if you are dual training. THE FINE PRINT The question bank is still growing and coverage is limited. Cases can repeat. Use Titrate alongside your other study materials. Sign in with Apple or an email code, and your progress syncs across devices. New cases and grading need an internet connection. You can turn on a daily reminder if you want one. Titrate is a study aid for medical students, residents, fellows, physicians, PAs and NPs. Cases and grading are AI-assisted and can be wrong, so check anything that matters against your own sources. It isn't medical advice, it isn't for use with real patients, and it doesn't replace your clinical judgment. It doesn't guarantee any exam result, and it isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any specialty board or exam provider.
