Next steps nonexistent for an unsafe product
When the tag is scanned, the instructions say that “if a red x appears, follow the instructions on your screen to request a replacement.” Nothing happens after multiple times of scanning. I tried creating an account and it told me that I was not allowed to take that action with my account. This is not set up at all, it’s a total dead end app.

Total Garbage App
My delivery was three days late so clearly bad. I scanned & it says this & to go through their process to get a new one sent.
NONE OF THEIR OPTIONS WORK. I never get an email or text to reorder, I cannot reset my password, I cannot create a new account, the “chat now” button doesn’t work, the “click here to order a new one” does nothing. I am clearly using the right email address as I have emails from FluMist confirming my original order in it.

Does not work
I opened the app and it won’t scan the code so this flu mist is useless. I am extremely unhappy and will be writing negative reviews everywhere. What a huge waste!
