Couldn’t create a profile
Title says it all.
Slow, and doesn’t do the basics.
First things first: this app loads incredibly slow and every time I switched away from it, it would take time to “re-load” when I switched back to it. It also doesn’t allow you to use it for directions to a certain ride. You can look up the ride on the map and read about it - but seeing yourself on the map along with it? The part that would have actually been useful - nope! I turned my phone off and back on and verified location settings because I was pretty surprised over this. I’ll give it 2 stars instead of 1 because after 234 clicks I was able to figure out who the Friday night concert was.

Great app even when overseas in the US
My daughter sent us a photo from when she was on a ride via with QR code that I could use from the US to see her fun at Trivoli. How wonderful! Thank you !!!

Cannot add credit card
App seemed well made until I tried to buy tickets through the app. Cannot add credit card and language options are limited. What an embarrassment for one of Copenhagen’s best known tourist attractions.
I love Tivoli!
Tivoli is one of the most beautiful magical places on this planet. I always love returning here. The magic of the lights and beauty of the flowers is tonic for the soul.
Why have they removed any alternatives?
There is no way to purchase tickets in the park for cash, so you can only get the expensive pass for all rides or the normal entrance fee for no rides. If you just want one or two rides you must use the app and give up your personal information. Every time we tried to purchase ride tickets on the app it just said “an error occurred” and cancelled it. Tried on two different phones and asked an attendant who didn’t know anything about it. No doubt an intentional “bug” designed to force you to pay the more expensive all inclusive price at the gate.

This worked really well during the whole day that I was at Tivoli. They must have seen previous comments and fixed the issues.
No problem with creating an account and it is quick & easy to scan the barcodes after the rides and then save them to camera roll.

It crashes
They ought to test the app before releasing....
Useless! Don’t bother!
You register for an account but the activation link in the email doesn’t work and you can’t create an account. Absolutely useless app, don’t rely on this takes photo of the screen - not ideal but better.
