TixScan is a barcode scanning app used by organizations that sell their event tickets through Tix. The TixScan app is not required to purchase tickets through Tix, or to access your digital tickets. Please contact Tix Customer Service or the event organizer if you are having issues purchasing tickets, or accessing tickets you've purchased through Tix.

I also downloaded the app on my iPhone and it says the same thing as the above review. I can log in my browser but can’t log on directly to the app. How are they even in business smh

Unable to log into my account

I created the Tix account yesterday and I am able to log into the account on my Safari browser on my iPad. Today I downloaded the App to my iPhone and tried to log into my account (using the exact same login and password copy/past from my password manager) but the App tells me the account does not exist 🤷‍♀️ Tried several times. Does not work. Too bad. Guess I will have to keep using my browser instead of the App. Will try again some time in the future in the hope they fix it.

FYI: Using iPhone Xs for the App.
