Watch app bug fixes. On the "History" view, the text for "Past 7 days" and the title and text for "Daily Goal" sections were not displaying any data.

Solid app does what it says

Works as it should. I use it regularly on my watch. I start it in my watch via a shortcut to set focus, but I wish there was some shortcut integration to start a specific session via the shortcut directly rather than having shortcut open the app and require me to start it.
