Lousy app - organizations to note
Stability of the app has been an issue since years ago and is still an issue. Log in multiple times and it keeps saying time off, to try again. And the OTP is resent after 1min, just how many minutes do we have to waste? I’ve tried since 8am this morning and at 8.58am still no luck. And this is not the first time. Even something as simple as retrieving the medical card, it asks that I select a claimant but returns a blank as far as the selection is concern aka cannot select anything cos there is no drop down!
When companies engage insurers to take care of their group medical, they really ought to consider these issues as part of the contract. This is lousy service thru and thru, despite multiple attempts to feedback, the issues are not addressed.

App not optimised for iOS/iPhone 14 pro max

Tried to register on your app but the app just shuts down on its own. Please fix your app. Using iOS 16.0.1 (20A371).

I tried to register but the Mobile No field cannot be clicked. So it’s basically impossible to complete the required details to register. Please fix your app.
Worst app I have ever used
This app is seriously flawed.
Whoever created it should be embarrassed. Simple functions don’t work and it turns a simple job like uploading receipts to an hour long job.
Top menu bar doesn’t work on iPhone so you can’t scroll backwards or return to Home Screen.
Insurance company writes remarks in app but there is nowhere to reply so you then need to do so on email.
The list could go on..

The app is badly designed and crashes every 30 seconds.

Session time out everytime when i key in the otp, no ecard and clinics shown, it says only “pls select claimant” but without any options!

I think your should make it easier for people to request for forgotten login name.
That would save you time and resources. Plus it reduce customers frustration.
Your call center should also have some sense of urgency when customer call to enquire about filling claims. Promise to call me back and never call me back.
Your apps are in your own technical term and code. I don’t even understand what do I have for my coverage and my daughter coverage. Why not make it easier for customer.

Can’t load eCard
It takes forever to load the eCard. And then “timed out”. Other options still can access.

Used to be able to claim using the app, but now keep getting session time out after entering the sms OTP. Not useful now.

Hi we are not able to login to the system. Error msg: the server with the specific host name could not be found...
Other than this, we are not able to find clinics which is not in the panel.
