It does not completely sync from the actual site. Options are very limited. Does not have full access as website version.
App needs current merit badge requirements
The mobile app needs 2025 merit badge requirements loaded. I’ve been told by tech support on July 6, 2025, “the tools used to create the TMmobile app are no longer supported by Apple. We are looking into developing a new app.” Do we know when that will be completed? We love and depend on this app, so please hurry!

Inprovments needed
App needs to be updated as the app has not been updated in the last 2 years to auto adjust to newer iPhone screen sizes. Also need to add ability to enter adult leader swimming ststus in the app. Need to also add a mB councilor section where MBC can enter progress data and notes offline and upload them latter. Also need to have the ability to add multi day activities to the calander in the app. This would help with planning. Very useful when in a location with limited internet acess.

App is missing functionality
This last update broke the navigation icons on the top of the screen.

Decent
On my phone, the mobile app does exactly what I expect it would do. If I’m out camping, out of cell range, and need to add rank, or merit badge requirements, or attendance, I’m able to enter it on my phone, and sync it with the web data the next time I have cell coverage, or WiFi. If I was using BSA’s Scoutbook, that wouldn’t be possible. Where it needs connectivity.

Progress screen kicks me to home screen
I was so excited to get this app. My husband showed me his, and it works well. I click on my son’s name, click on Advancement and then Progress arrow, and the screen blips quickly to black. Then it is on my home screen and the app is closed.
Any ideas how this can be corrected? I’ve deleted the app and re-added it with the same result. Thanks!

Okay but is falling out of date after 1 year of no improvements.
This app is quickly falling out of date. It frequently won’t save attendance. There should be a save button to make sure check marks are saved. Requirements for merit badges need updating. The development and rollout of improvements and big fixes is very slow. It would be nice if more routine tasks were included in the app rather than the need to go to the TM website. Activities, requirements and additional features need the most work. How about a way to sign up for activities within the app. Forced or reminder syncing when connected to WiFi or cellular would help new users.

Good for quick reference
I use the app quite often, but almost every time end up opening a session on the browser because I can’t do the specifics on the app.
Not bad, needs a few things
Allows editing of Troopmaster, but needs a couple of additions:
* needs ability to remove activities from calendar;
* needs “end date” (and time) added to activities that last more than a day;
* needs better safety put on record view. Sometimes when I look at a scout achievement, but don’t change anything by clicking “cancel”, the app will make unintended changes on the record. So far, it’s been looking at MB requirements for partial completions. Hitting “cancel” is completing the MB for the scout. I have to go into the sync review and clear the change. Not good!

Works decent while syncing with a WiFi connection. Will not sync over cellular connection

This app doesn't work ninety percent of the time. That all you really need to know.
Good App but could still use improvement.
Nice job just keep working to make it better. Maybe with TMweb 2.0 things will improve some more.
needs upgrade to fir new Teoopmaster Web 2.0
TroopMaster Web2.0 was released and implemented by my troop. It says to upgrade your TM Mobile. No one can find the upgrade. This version does not appear to be compatible with Troopmaster Web 2.0
Needs a rotating screen
I'm going to love being able to work from an app for updating during the scout meeting. however, for ease of use the screen needs to auto rotate to landscape for people who have their tablets in use with a keyboard. it is very hard to work in the app when i have to keep turning my head sideways to look at the different screens. using a keyboard with my ipad makes typing in things for the scouts that much more efficient. please add an update soon to add this feature. App is too awkward to use for me in the meantime.

Also would like to see it let me archive a scout from the mobile app.
Update 9/2/15: not able to add NYLT to scouts from training menu. NYLT only appears in adult training menu. Also cannot see adult swimming levels in app while away at camp and cannot change leader positions in app.

Crash issues
Great app and love having all of the information on the go. The latest added features were a huge plus!! Whenever I open the Activities screen, the app crashes. Otherwise, great app!
