Clumsy logo
After the recent update the logo of the app has changed and it has become pathetic. Please reinstate the old logo again.

Buggy app
For iOS devices, it does not login in first attempt when we accept request via DUO. We atleast need to try 5-6 times each time to login before the app allows. Please fix this.

The new UI looks very fresh and vibrant at the same time is also very user friendly.

Sapphire Tool doesn’t work for iPhone X
Although my app is an amazing application, unlocking my account using sapphire tool doesn’t work for the iPhone X for some odd reason, please check if there’s a for this one

Update required
Since most of us are WFH presently , please have the option to send OTP for MyApp via sms also. Sometimes we are required to reinstall the app and it asks to register again. That would save a lot of time

It’s not working with my iPhone 6 and directly asking for techMBS login ID... Iam fresh to use this app from where can I get the login ID

I think.. it’s a bug, i installed app first time and it is not taking my Id to register. Please recheck and update
Refer a friend seem to have an issue
This app has been updated atleast thrice however the issue hasn’t been fixed yet. Refer a friend has an issue when I tap on open phonebook it just stays on loading your contacts
iPhone X Support Needed
Kindly update the app for iPhone X support, also if the face ID is added to biometric it will be great.
