Too much hassle
This app is part of my child’s curriculum for pre primary school. The app is supposed to be a music sing along for pre primary students but has more security features than most banking apps. Password expiry, device locking, frequently log outs for security. Why?
Very buggy
Often stops mid-song. At least once/week we cannot log in despite using the same username and password. Usually solves itself in a couple hours.
Login failure every time
Every time I try to login in it fails.
Does not allow login
Although my username and password have been set up (and function properly on the website), this app continues to display a pop up message that states "please enter username and password" even though they are entered in the correct fields when I attempt to log in. Reinstalling did not resolve issue. App is currently useless because login is faulty.
