Great until it broke
I spent hours setting this up and adding backdated data from January. Got about a week’s use from it before the app started giving me “data validation error” and now I can’t enter a single thing on it. Using it on desktop/web browser is useless to me and the team are saying they’ll get it sorted “as soon as possible” which gives me no timescale expectation at all, and meanwhile they’re trying to upsell me to a team plan. Deeply disappointed.

It is impossible to use it
Dear developers, have you ever tried to use this app by yourself? I bet you have not. Just try to manually add a time entry, and choose an existing task.

Mit der App kann ich meine Stunden von unterwegs aus wunderbar eintragen und sowohl einzeln als auch aufsummiert im Nachhinein einsehen. Mehr muss die App für meine Bedürfnisse gar nicht können. Dankeschön!

Abbandonata - impossibile fare login
Una volta la usavo regolarmente su iPhone, ormai da almeno due anni è impossibile fare login con le mie credenziali, che funzionano perfettamente nella versione web. Ormai è inutile, andrebbe aggiornata o rimossa dallo store.

Weekly reports are not accurate - I use custom report to pull from sun-Fri It often claims I have a long running timer when I don’t then locks up until I switch from time to team and back to time

my premium account just stopped working without any prior notice. Never returned money or even apologized. Use only free version, their customer support sucks - nobody will help you.

application is not working. unable to register. 10 times asks to enter the password - the result is "incorrect username or password"
