Continuous failure to pick uo when booked, extremely unreliable and poor service.

Have attempted to use this service copious amounts and have been met with "Travel Request Rejected".
To be honest, from my experience I don't know how it is still operating when the buses I have used are vacant. You promise the world and give us the dregs of an asteroid.
Improve or reassign the service to a more competent provider.

Just awful.
Why can’t you scroll from 59 minutes to 00 minutes without having to scroll backwards through all 59 minutes?
Your tap the map or search function simply does nothing at all. Once the map is up you can’t search. You can’t. Full stop.
The map is awful. It sticks pickup points down before you want it to then you have to do it all again because there is no way to correct it.
When you go out and back in it remembers nothing so you start all over again.
Without question the most inept app I have ever had to use. I did have to though because nobody was answering the PHONE!!

Doesn’t load any pick-up points
GPS doesn’t pickup your location keeps buffering useless app had to resort to ringing up for the ting bus which I also couldn’t book a decent time for a pickup so book a few days in advance
Password issues.
My father has this app on his iPad and it works. We have tried adding it to his iPhone so that he can book his return trip but without success. Each time we add the password and try to log in we get the message that the password cannot be blank. He is using the same password. What is the problem and how can it be fixed?
