Where’s my data from the desktop app? Why doesn’t anything carry over to the app? You make me log in the the same so give me the same.
actually the best mobile app since you can get option notifications…but has some issues
when you click on active tickers of the day it goes to “error”. important info like Float or Beta is not listed for even popular tickers like NVDA. so weak compared to the even the free options out there (edit: actually you can get push notifications for option contracts but when you click on a put column it goes to a call). also, please offer ui/font size option cause on the iphone 15 pro max the text/numbers are mostly too small to read comfortably for more than 1 min. so the best way to use powerstream right now is the web version in browser. the desktop version is completely unusable on a 13” laptop screen as the font size is so tiny i can’t even read the dialog box to install the app. adjusting the scale size on my lenovo dual screen laptop did nothing. the font size is always a < 4. one very good thing about powerstream is that the level 2 data is not ugly looking like all other software i have tried. overall it’s aesthetically pleasing than others so i want to use it more. EDIT 2: you have to re-login several times a day cause it auto-logs you out though just used the app 10min ago. EDIT 3: once you click an option put or call at a strike the app goes to a new screen & you can never go back to where you were. so have to enter the ticker again at the top & keep searching again. EDIT 4: please, please let us swipe back (left to right) to the previous screen. EDIT 5: when you press on “change” you cannot sort by percent from high to low or anything which is ridiculous. EDIT 6: time & sales + lvl 2 needs colour differentiations!!

Never logs in
It just sits there on login screen and spins endlessly - app doesn’t do anything but load that login screen. Is TMX’ going down, will their web site shut down soon? Should I unsusbscribe and look for other resources before I lose all my data?
