Worst app service
I get notifications about deals, go to login and benefit hub is always down or lost the page it claims. It is horrible. I would love to open the app and see the discount section and service like it used to be.
What happened?
This app used to show your insurance information, now it’s just a bunch of advertisements. Absolutely worthless.

Rebate for Kubota
Takes way too long to receive rebate certificate

This app has nothing to do with my insurance. It’s only for discounts prices on vacations and such. Waste of time. Nothing about it is helpful
Disappointed
I thought I could have an app to pay my dues and auto insurance, but I guess “perks” are more important.
Insurance company App
Not an insurance app: it would be more helpful if this app actually had your auto/home insurance policies as the primary part of the application for easy mobile access to your account. These other options should be available aside from the primary insurance policy information being the main options! Thanks for your interest.

Can’t find nothing
Cannot find anything to do with my insurance all I find is perks that I’m not interested in. When I log into the app I want to view my policy’s and insurance card.

What happened to this app??
I used to be able to see my policies now I can’t access them from this app? Why not? As much as I pay for insurance the app should have everything on it. Can’t find another app that will work. Dumb

Can’t even use the app at the moment cause it’s giving me an error saying “connection error. Bad request. Please contact support.”

Won’t let me login
Every time I go to sign into the app it says my account is locked. I have no problem going to the website and logging in. It’s very irritating since we could use the discounts but are unable to use the app.
Review my policy!
All the rewards stuff is all fine and dandy but when it comes to the number they are being hidden. I would like to have access to my policy and review it so when it comes time to change services I can compare apples to apples.

Search needs to be improved. It’s difficult to find things.
Poor discounts
Most savings can be beaten through other apps or restrictions prevent any additional savings. As a Ford retiree that discount is lost.
