Worst app service

I get notifications about deals, go to login and benefit hub is always down or lost the page it claims. It is horrible. I would love to open the app and see the discount section and service like it used to be.

What happened?

This app used to show your insurance information, now it’s just a bunch of advertisements. Absolutely worthless.
Update to my review, I was emailed the reason for the change of the app, and they offered me a chance to update my review. At this time I find the app completely worthless. Thank you.

This app has nothing to do with my insurance. It’s only for discounts prices on vacations and such. Waste of time. Nothing about it is helpful

I thought I could have an app to pay my dues and auto insurance, but I guess “perks” are more important.

Insurance company App

Not an insurance app: it would be more helpful if this app actually had your auto/home insurance policies as the primary part of the application for easy mobile access to your account. These other options should be available aside from the primary insurance policy information being the main options! Thanks for your interest.

Can’t find nothing

Cannot find anything to do with my insurance all I find is perks that I’m not interested in. When I log into the app I want to view my policy’s and insurance card.

New Farm Bureau Policy

I’m really enjoying the perks and benefits I receive with Farm Bureau Insurance. I’m so thankful my nephew recommended changing when I purchased my new house in Gallatin, Tn. I appreciate the exemplary customer service I receive. 5-STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What happened to this app??

I used to be able to see my policies now I can’t access them from this app? Why not? As much as I pay for insurance the app should have everything on it. Can’t find another app that will work. Dumb

Please note that you should be able to view your TNFB member ID by turning your phone horizontally, but otherwise, the Abenity app does not provide access to your actual FB policy information. For that information, you would need to reach out to your TNFB representative. We apologize for any confusion.

Can’t use app

Can’t even use the app at the moment cause it’s giving me an error saying “connection error. Bad request. Please contact support.”

Stay away from this app! What’s the use of having insurance if you can’t access the product.

Won’t let me login

Every time I go to sign into the app it says my account is locked. I have no problem going to the website and logging in. It’s very irritating since we could use the discounts but are unable to use the app.

Review my policy!

All the rewards stuff is all fine and dandy but when it comes to the number they are being hidden. I would like to have access to my policy and review it so when it comes time to change services I can compare apples to apples.
