Substandard. The TV in vegetables hadn’t been refreshed for a long time and were ‘well worn’. The vegetable area was neglected and needed cleaning and tidying and the beef was so tough it was inedible.

The food at 5.30 was dry and looked like it had been sat there since lunchtime!
The peas always look dry and discoloured. As a pensioner eating on my own they always want to sit me by the gravy counter where everyone walks past with their meals.
