Unresponsive support
I as a parent felt good using this service for my child and was okay paying for the subscription service. Unfortunately, after 7 day trial I got charged twice and felt surprised by this. I reach out to support and waited 24 hours to respond back. Well, after 5-6 attempts for any updates or status. I never received an email nor genetic email response or anything to get back to me. I’m already dispute the charges. Please watch out and use other services.

So frustrating and difficult
This app had all the promise and just didn’t deliver. No matter what I do, it sends me in circles and never makes anything easy. There doesn’t appear to be any way to change any settings at all or get any help at all

I love this app and my parents do too. It is an amazing app and I love using it to email my friends and family! Also, it doesn’t ever bill my mom! Awesome!! Thanks! Only three issues: say one of my friends or relatives use Gmail: they can only see my email and a giant S initial. Why is this? I’d like them to see my profile picture and first name. The second issue: I have to log in every single time I open up the app. I recently read a review by Lilith Sternin and you replied to that person the possibility of Touch ID? Well for some reason I don’t get that. It might just be a problem with my server or something. The last issue: I can’t send videos. Why is this? Sometimes I like to send them like my family members can do in Gmail and Yahoo and DuckDuckGo; stuff like that.
Please fix these problems and I will give it a 5 star rating! Everything else is perfect, by the way. Love it except for those three problems. Thanks for creating this wonderful app!!
Edited: For some reason, it stopped working and said I didn’t have any emails, even though the day before I had probably more than 300. Please fix this!
Edited again: if this ever happens, you should delete the app and download it again. It works very well. Thank you!

Had this when I was younger to keep in touch with all my family! It was very fun for me as they’re lots of cool features and it is very fun for a younger person and completely safe! Definitely recommend!
Amazing safe email site for kids and super easy to use
Very impressed by the thought that has gone into this and that I can authorise all emails to my children before they receive them. Super job Tocomail!
Could use improvement in functionality
I never posted a review before, but I’m hopeful this will show up on the Toco radar! I love the general design and layout and most of the functions. But it doesn’t feel easy to navigate as a parent with children. In order to “log in” it takes me to the log in screen with no option to “Remember Me”...I have to sign back in every time. Then it doesn’t take me to my view, it takes me to my child’s and I have to then back out to family chat. One additional thing that would be very helpful would be the availability to attach and send files such as music. Ultimately, I want to keep using it I would just like to see the layout and functionality enhanced and cleaned up a bit.
